Warranty Policy

Perun stands by the quality and craftsmanship of our mechanical timepieces. We offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Coverage

This warranty applies to the watch movement, hands, dial, stainless steel bracelet, and clasp only. Under this warranty, if a defect arises during the warranty period and Perun determines the product is defective due to materials or workmanship, we will repair your watch using new or refurbished parts, or replace the watch with an identical or comparable model.

Exclusions

The following are not covered by this warranty:


  • Normal wear and tear or aging (e.g., scratches on the case or crystal, alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps such as leather and silicone).

  • Damage caused by improper use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch, and non-observance of the operating instructions provided by Perun.

  • Damage caused by repairs or alterations carried out by non-authorized service centers.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and if possible, photographic evidence of the defect. Once the claim is validated, instructions for the return of the defective watch will be provided.

Please note that repair/replacement will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term:

  • Failure or damage caused by undue wear and tear or accidents.

  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.

  • Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (e.g., minor scratches, alteration of the color of the case).

General Information

This warranty is personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred. The warranty service becomes void if the watch has been tampered with by unauthorized persons or entities.
