Right of Withdrawal

Perun is committed to providing our customers with high-quality timepieces. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 30 days from the date you received your watch.

Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return, your Perun watch must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels.

  • Returns will be accepted only for watches purchased directly from the official Perun website. If your watch was purchased from an authorized Perun retailer, please contact them for their return policy.

  • Perun reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the product is not returned in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

 To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact Perun Customer Support within the 30 day withdrawal period to inform them of your decision to return your watch.

  • Provide proof of purchase, which must clearly indicate the date of purchase.

  • Customer Support will guide you through the return process, including the return address and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method and insuring the package, as Perun is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Inspection and Refund

Upon receiving the returned watch, Perun team will inspect it to ensure it meets the mentioned return conditions. If the watch is in good condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of Perun receiving the returned product. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exceptions

Perun reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned watch does not meet the stated return conditions. If the watch shows signs of wear, damage, or modification, we may offer a partial refund or return the watch to you.
