My watch doesn’t work properly, what should I do?
If your watch isn’t functioning correctly, we recommend first reviewing the user manual that came with your watch. There you can find operational instructions that can help resolve the issue, as sometimes the problem can be due to incorrect usage.

Can I exchange my watch for another model?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for different models. However, you can return your watch within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, no questions asked. Please ensure the watch is in its original condition and packaging when returning it. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Refunds section.
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-ordering a Perun watch means you are reserving your exclusive timepiece while it is being crafted. This ensures that you will be among the first to receive your watch once it is completed. Additionally, by pre-ordering, you benefit from a special discount, securing your watch at a reduced price.
What payment methods do you offer?
We use Stripe as our payment processor, which allows us to accept a variety of payment methods. You can pay using major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Stripe also supports digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, providing a secure and convenient checkout experience.
